This Privacy Policy explains what information KlassyRooms (klassyrooms.com), operated by TSW MUSIC LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account info: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text);
• Profile info: bio, a profile photo you choose to upload, and an optional map location pin — all optional and only shown to other members of communities you're in;
• Content: posts, comments, messages, and images you post or upload;
• Payment info: if you join a paid community, Stripe processes your payment directly — we receive confirmation that payment succeeded, not your full card number.

We also collect some information automatically:

• A session cookie that keeps you logged in (required for the Service to work);
• Basic technical logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) used for security, such as detecting abusive login attempts.

2. How we use this information

• To operate the Service — show your posts, courses, calendar events, and messages to the right people;
• To process payments for paid communities, through Stripe;
• To send you account-related emails (like password reset links);
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Other members of a community you join can see the profile info, posts, and messages you choose to share within that community;
• Stripe, to process payments for paid communities;
• Our email delivery provider, to send account emails like password resets;
• Law enforcement or other parties, only if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of KlassyRooms or its users.

4. Your choices

Your bio, profile photo, and map location are all optional and can be edited or removed at any time from your profile settings. You can leave a community at any time. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep records (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep your information safe.

7. Children's privacy

KlassyRooms is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
