Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KlassyRooms (klassyrooms.com) (the "Service"), operated by TSW MUSIC LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What KlassyRooms is

KlassyRooms is a platform that lets people create and join "communities" — spaces with discussion feeds, courses, a calendar, direct messaging, and membership management. Some communities are free to join; others charge a one-time or recurring fee set by that community's owner and processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Community owners

Anyone can create a community and becomes its owner. Owners are responsible for the content, rules, and pricing of their own community, and for moderating it within these Terms. We are not a party to the relationship between a community owner and its members beyond providing the platform itself.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content or data without permission;
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where warranted.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, comments, messages, profile information, uploaded images). By posting it, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service. You're solely responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to post it.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe. We don't store your full payment card details. Unless a community owner states a different refund policy for their community, or refunds are required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you have a billing issue, contact the community owner first, or reach us at the email below.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or a specific community, if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we're not responsible for content posted by users or community owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSW MUSIC LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
